Key Responsibilities Perform all downstream process steps, including column chromatography, UF/DF, and filtration. Design experimental approaches to solve manufacturing challenges. Support upstream MS&T labs with bioreactor sampling and data collection. Assist process analytics MS&T labs in executing analytical assays. Participate in site safety and training programs to ensure compliance. Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other functions on facility fit assessments, specification changes, technical evaluations, and change management. Troubleshoot manufacturing process events and evaluate new process technologies using scale-down models. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of c GMP compliance, site requirements, and regulatory expectations. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Biological or Chemical Sciences/Engineering preferred. Minimum 1 year of direct lab experience in downstream processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and communicate data effectively. Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in upstream or process analytics is not required; training will be provided.
