Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for Take on operational responsibility and control for existing IT processes (incident management, problem management or change management) Monitor and ensure service quality (on the process and system side) Report and monitor key figures for our IT services Actively support the improvement of the asset and configuration management process Responsible for the further development of the ITSM tool and the self-service portal Develop and maintain project, process and procedure documents Develop and conduct process training courses WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU You have successfully completed your university studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable education You have mastered ITSM processes according to ITIL at least at Foundation Level You have initial experience with service management tools, ideally Matrix 42 products Your practical experience in service operations and service transition is an advantage You are methodologically confident in the recording and design of work processes You have a strong interest in participating in projects in the IT service sector You have a very good command of German and good written and spoken English You have assertiveness, analytical thinking skills and a reliable and conceptual way of working Nobody is perfect!
