DescriptionWe currently have a vacancy for an ICT Programme Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ireland. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks: Take accountability for the successful delivery of the programme, creating plans, ensuring clear scope definition, engaging the necessary stakeholders, forming and leading program and project teams; Securing resources and expertise from the client organisation as require including co-ordinating and directing end user input; Manage progress and status with relevant PM’s to ensure that projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, time and budget parameters; Manage with the relevant PM’s any issue and risk logs, detailed plans and milestone trackers, decision logs and all other critical project management artefacts; Prepare monthly status reports setting out programme progress vs plan, identify and document key risks, items for escalation, time and cost projections and benefit updates; Ensure clear roles and responsibilities and criteria are defined for decision making and escalation processes; Requirements University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in IT; Experience in managing the delivery of the IT programmes and / or portfolios; Experience in building and managing highly effective relationships with business champions, sponsors and senior business stakeholders; Experience in tracking and monitoring programme budgets and managing supplier/vendor activities and relationships with third parties including regular reviews of performance; Experience in the fields of Managed Services, Data Centre Transition and Information Security would be consider as an asset; Experience in working with multi-disciplined teams and individual resources particularly in IT related areas; Excellent command of the English language.
