Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Management of a diverse client portfolio, delivering bespoke advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
Preparation and submission of corporate and personal tax returns, including VAT and payroll compliance.
Assisting clients with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.
Conducting audits and producing detailed client reports as required.
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Skills and Experience Required: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally within a practice environment.
Strong working knowledge of accounting standards.
Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively across a range of sectors.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
