Check out our open roles to get started.   JOB DESCRIPTION: SEGMENT: Corporate. DEPARTMENT: SCM / GRE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Portfolio Management, Reporting and Analytics. Finance & data analytics lead across all GRE pillars (Strategy, Transactions, FM, PM/SC) Consolidate and maintain relevant RE data and costs, providing one source of truth. Manage lease Admin data warehouse and ensure optimal data set-up and flow. Regular & ad hoc analysis/reporting (i.e., portfolio, investors material, ad hoc requests). Proactive end-to-end review of Client RE portfolio and projects to identify current status, potential challenges, and optimization opportunities (i.e., Region Reviews). Ad Hoc data, finance & project support as applicable. Budget Planning & Cost Management: Lead GRE BBP planning and coordination activities. Manage & provide clear visibility to management on GRE OPEX & CAPEX in line with budgets (i.e., Staff, commissions, GRE sites opex/capex, & project spend as applicable). Tools, Process & Continuous Improvements: Develop, track & analyze performance KPIs on GRE activities & financial health. Lead implementation of new lease admin system as applicable. Support implementation of tool enhancements & other programs (i.e., Hi-Rise, LAR/PIF). Support the development of effective, consistent Decision-making, engagement, sourcing, & approval processes for all real estate activities with reduced processing time, strong compliance, effective outcomes & optimized use of resources. Applying Lean methodology, drive continuous improvement on all key processes/priorities to reduce non-value add activity, improve process consistency & improve business outcomes through effective process design, measurement, action, improvement & control. Skills: Required: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting / Finance basics. Preferred: VBA and Tableau.
