Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism Proven ability to work on own initiative Proven experience in the implementation and development of support/care plans and PCP's Places the needs of the person supported as the key focus in all activities Delivers support according to the person's PCP and care plan.
