Overview
We are seeking a Senior Lead AI Engineer to design and deliver advanced AI-driven platforms and agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability and a passion for building scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale AI and multi-agent systems
Architect robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant AI platforms
Implement AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
Drive best practices in AI engineering, prompt design, and system optimisation
Build and optimise AI workflows, orchestration layers, and performance strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
Required Experience
8–10+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in AI/ML
Strong expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., agent-based systems)
Experience with:
Prompt engineering and LLM optimisation
Vector databases and semantic search
Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
Proven track record of leading complex technical projects or teams
Strong understanding of responsible AI, bias, and governance
Nice to Have
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar
Background in AI experimentation and applied research
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
