Who We Are
Sirius XM and its brands (Pandora, Sirius XM Media, Ads Wizz, Simplecast, and Sirius XM Connect) are leading a new era of audio entertainment and services by delivering the most compelling subscription and ad-supported audio entertainment experience for listeners -- in the car, at home, and anywhere on the go with connected devices. Our vision is to shape the future of audio, where everyone can be effortlessly connected to the voices, stories and music they love wherever they are.
We are proud to have launched a new state-of-the-art technology facility in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin-based team plays a critical role in our continued digital transformation, and functions as a center of excellence for Sirius XM’s global Product and Technology organization.
Sirius XM’s new Dublin facility comprises a workforce focused on software development, automotive technology and engineering, adtech, data science, and analytics. Talent based in Dublin will be charged with developing and implementing best-in-class standards for high-quality, scalable software deliveries for Sirius XM’s streaming and in-vehicle audio entertainment platforms.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Orchestrate multi-phase delivery: Lead the planning and execution of large, cross-organizational initiatives spanning multiple domains across our digital streaming and automotive listening platforms.
Increase predictability across teams: Build integrated plans, align sequencing and dependencies, and surface clear tradeoffs to de-risk delivery and accelerate decisions.
Provide narrative leadership: Deliver executive-ready program narratives—progress, risks, options, and recommendations that align leaders and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple high-profile, cross-org initiatives, from discovery through launch, driving clarity through ambiguity with clear scope, milestones, and accountability.
Build and maintain integrated program plans across Product, Engineering, Operations, and partner teams, including sequencing, dependency mapping, and multi-phase execution milestones.
Establish cross-team execution rhythms (e.g., program standups, dependency reviews, milestone/readiness reviews, release planning) and continuously adapt plans as conditions change.
Partner with technical and product stakeholders to shape requirements and validate assumptions based on known technical capabilities, limitations, and interdependencies.
Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and issues—escalating early with clearly framed options, tradeoffs, and recommended paths forward.
Provide unified program reporting and executive-ready narratives that align directors, leads, and partners and enable fast, informed decisions.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master, delivering complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multi-phase delivery across teams with different priorities, technical stacks, and delivery cadences.
Strong architecture literacy and comfort reasoning about cross‑platform dependencies (e.g., services/APIs, data flows, integration constraints), with the ability to validate assumptions and anticipate downstream impact.
Proven strength in stakeholder leadership: aligning directors/leads/partners, resolving conflict with clarity, and driving trade‑off decisions.
Experience establishing repeatable delivery processes and execution rhythms (program standups, dependency reviews, milestone tracking, release readiness).
Experience defining and using KPIs/dashboards/metrics to drive transparency and delivery predictability.
Experience with risk identification, reporting, mitigation, and escalation with recommended options/tradeoffs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate collaboration.
Ability to distill complex issues into solvable, actionable tasks, milestones, and decision points
Working knowledge of release planning and management.
Preferred qualifications:
Certifications either in Agile (CSM, CSPO, etc.), SAFe (SAFe CSM or other), or PMP.
Experience delivering consumer‑facing platform initiatives across streaming and/or automotive ecosystems (partner constraints, compliance/release gating, etc.).
