Description
We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team based in Limerick, reporting to the Service Manager. This position plays a key role within the business and in particular the Service department. They will be the first point of contact for many internal stakeholders while also dealing with external stakeholder queries. Responsibilities will include Data input including timesheet management Responsible for regular contact with customers via email and telephone to ensure queries are resolved Responsible for managing and guiding customer expectations on the company’s services Managing and sending reports to clients First point of contact for Service Engineers In line with the Service Manager you will help co-ordinate Service Engineers daily duties i.e. what sites and/or jobs they should attend Support the office service administration functions, including Service Sales Department.
