INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title – Site Manager Project – Residential & Commercial Projects Job Location – Waterford Area Salary – €55 K-€65 KAbout the Company Main Contractor who specialises in residential, commercial and industrial building in the South East of Ireland need a site manager for both commercial and residential projects in Waterford. Projects are due to start in 4-6 weeks. The Role Coordination and supervision of the construction of the project. Oversee residential/ commercial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites. Host meetings with Clients to update them on the progress of the projects. Lead weekly toolbox talk and whiteboard meetings. Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site. Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget. Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines. Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations. Requirements A Degree in Construction Management or similar. A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Site Manager. Engineering background is desirable. Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines. Strong I.
