Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
- Manage site safety, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
- Collaborate with the Site Engineer to verify the quality and accuracy of works, ensuring timely resolution of defects or non-compliance issues.
- Maintain comprehensive site records and ensure documentation is up to date in Procore.
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification or trade background with relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Proven track record of working to strict timescales, with strong attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of building practices
