Site Manager Location: South Dublin Sector: Residential Development We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join a renowned developer on a large-scale 320-unit apartment project in South Dublin.

This development, featuring reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures, offers the opportunity to work with a highly respected team and receive exceptional on-site support.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project progresses in line with the programme and quality standards.

Coordinate construction activities, ensuring the RC frame structures and subsequent works are delivered to exacting standards.

Work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to address challenges and maintain project momentum.

Manage and monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and project specifications.

Liaise with the design and technical teams to resolve any issues swiftly and effectively.

Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports, quality checks, and health and safety documentation.

Candidate Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role, ideally on large-scale apartment or RC frame projects.

Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures and associated construction methods.

Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.

Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations and health and safety requirements.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive progress and foster collaboration on-site.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling challenges in a dynamic environment.
