We are looking for a highly skilled Social & Content Specialist to join our team for a short-term contract (5-6 weeks).
This is a contract role working on client campaigns for a global media network. The role involves leading the creation and delivery of top-quality content and social solutions for some of Ireland’s most recognized brands.
The ideal candidate will be based in Barcelona and have a strong background in social media, a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and a passion for creating standout content.

Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of social content strategies to meet business and performance goals. Recruit, brief, and oversee influencer and partner creator campaigns. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure cohesive and measurable social media solutions. Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate this knowledge into client strategies and solutions. Develop and present creative experiential concepts that align with the agency’s innovative spirit. Manage projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with clients, third-party contractors, and organizers. Negotiate with vendors and venues to adhere to budget goals. Ensure consistent delivery of high standards, including seamless digital integration. Maintain strong relationships with third-party collaborators to ensure innovative and high-quality delivery. Foster a culture of proactive thinking and adding value to clients' businesses.
Requirements:
Proficient in digital content platforms, Content Management Systems, and creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, Meta Reels, and Tik Tok. Strong understanding of social advertising platforms, influencer campaigns, and performance tracking tools such as Brandwatch and Sprout Social. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Possess a creative and entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of digital media innovations, web design, and web technologies. Experience with running personal blogs, websites, or social media pages is a plus.
