Overview Sourcing Manager - Facility Management - Europe Join Mondelēz International as a Sourcing Manager for Facility Management across Europe. This role is part of the Regional (MEU) Facility Management spend area team and is responsible for development and execution of the FM sourcing strategy across manufacturing plants in Europe. Responsibilities Lead the development and deployment of the Sourcing Strategy for all FM services across the area of ownership Build and manage the strategic plan for exceeding key deliverables in Productivity, Cash & Sustainability in FM services in Europe Own relations with Manufacturing Supply Chain teams and partner with external suppliers to develop, evolve and grow FM strategy in Europe Be an active member of Mondelez MEU L&M Procurement – driving best practice sharing and strategy alignment across MDLZ business Propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency for the MDLZ business Support peers and stakeholders as part of the FM services center of expertise (Co E) to purchase FM in the most efficient way Qualifications Ideally 5+ years of experience in a Procurement environment2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and risk management Strong background in FM Sourcing or FM Operations preferred Experience in FMCG environment preferred Broad understanding of business operations and core Procurement areas (Spend Management, Category Management, Supplier Management)Strong leadership, organizational agility and stakeholder influencing skills Ability to challenge the status quo, solve problems, and work under pressure Results-oriented with ability to set and deliver against stretch targets Ability to interact effectively with senior leaders based on business priorities Ability to manage ambiguity in a complex, fluid environment with limited data Autonomous, capable of developing and leading own agenda and decisions Future-focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation What you need to know about this position Languages: fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages (German, French) preferred but not essential Education/Certifications: Degree in Supply Chain, Law or Engineering (or equivalent)Job-specific requirements: Ideally based in Bournville, Birmingham; Slovakia, Bulgaria, Poland and Republic of Ireland considered Travel: N/AWork schedule: 100%Relocation support: No relocation support available Equal Opportunity Mondelēz International is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
