We're a team that thrives on **efficiency and creativity**, driven by data and results, offering you the chance to contribute significantly to Yahoo's continued leadership in the dynamic digital advertising landscape.****Responsibilities*** **Develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions based on product vision and roadmaps.*** **Translate user stories and epics into scalable Salesforce solutions.*** **Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and engineers in an agile team for successful feature implementation.*** **Validate technical designs and implementations for successful deployment.*** **Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, refining backlog and ensuring technical feasibility.*** **Define and measure technical success metrics, iterating based on feedback.*** **Support Sales Tools platforms, including Salesforce, by troubleshooting technical issues.****Skills and Qualifications*** **3-5 years B2 B enterprise Salesforce CRM experience (developer/engineer), focusing on implementation and solution delivery.*** **Proven Salesforce platform experience; Salesforce admin experience/certification highly desired.*** **Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, and best practices (Apex, flows, visualforce, APIs).*** **Gen AI/Agent ecosystem, prompt engineering, and Salesforce Agentforce experience a plus.*** **Agile/SCRUM product engineering team experience.*** **Familiarity with Saa S, SOA, and modern development frameworks.*** **Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-driven, multi-tasking environment without compromising quality.*** **Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team.*** **Proactive problem solver, consensus-driven, results-oriented.*** **Experience with cross-timezone teams.*** **Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about learning.**Yahoo is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
