Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to people living with dementia, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Working collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on person-centred care.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities in dementia care.
Requirements
- Nursing Qualifications (Essential)
- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)
- Previous experience in care of the elderly
