Our Dublin based client is looking for a Technology Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role requires expertise with ERP implementations, system integrations and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Lead ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.

Analyse and improve integration between various operational systems, including ERP and e-commerce platforms, to enhance data consistency and workflow efficiency.

Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify system needs, evaluate existing technology, and propose scalable solutions.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and system upgrades as necessary.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that system implementations and integrations meet business needs.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Facilitate engaging design workshops to align stakeholders on solution designs and desired outcomes.

Essential Experience: Proven experience as a Technology Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.

Extensive knowledge of integrating various IT systems and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably with hands-on experience in implementing and managing platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
