DescriptionWe currently have a vacancy for an ICT Programme Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ireland. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.Your tasks: Investigate and conduct a “quick look” review of existing Digital Asset information, including asset databases, application registers, configuration information and other technology-related sources; Identify potential opportunities for high-value wins; Develop and present practical and actionable recommendations to deliver clear service benefits in areas such as processes, procedures, artefact development and tools; Develop a detailed implementation plan for the above recommendations; Deliver a pilot solution and roadmap and produce detailed weekly reports of progress. Requirements University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in IT; Senior Management experience in running a large ICT function; Excellent understanding of the broad range of ICT activities and functions in a large organisation, including Infrastructure, Desktop Estate Management, Project and Programme management, through to Customer Services and IT Service Management processes; Excellent current knowledge of the current broader technology environment, including cloud technologies and wider cybersecurity developments; Demonstrated ability to map technology capabilities to high level business goals; Ability to engage successfully with senior stakeholders and deliver on set goals; Experience in delivering organisational change and working with large ICT service vendors; Excellent command of the English language.
