Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join an award winning SaaS company. This is a full time office based role in Waterford City. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging proactively with customers to ensure that the company’s technology is installed in line with service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: • Establish customer needs and process orders accordingly. • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service and support activities • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional assistance • Monitor and report on service levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions • Continuously strive to improve service delivery processes and procedures Key Requirements: • 2+ Years’ experience in a customer support /scheduling role • Previous SaaS experience is highly desirable • Knowledge in transport logistics, fleet risk or insurance sector • Experience in a fast-paced working environment For immediate consideration please email your CV to shannon@hartleypeople.com in response to this job posting.
