This position can be based in either the UK or Ireland, with flexibility to work remotely while collaborating closely with our Drogheda-based team.

About the Team You’ll Join
You’ll join our Managed Payroll Services team - a close-knit group who care about their work and each other. We believe in collaboration, sharing knowledge, and celebrating success. You’ll work closely with our Regional Operations Manager and leadership team, with plenty of support to grow and shape your own career too.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and Support Your Team
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Client Payroll Executives.
Run regular check-ins, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Help plan workloads, schedule payrolls, and maintain high accuracy and productivity.
Approve timesheets, leave, and other team administration.
Keep Payrolls Accurate and Compliant
Oversee payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
Ensure payrolls meet all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Review and improve existing processes, introducing smarter and more efficient ways of working.
Support automation and system updates to keep things running smoothly.
Be a trusted point of contact for clients – approachable, knowledgeable, and dependable.
Help the team manage client queries quickly and effectively.
Support the onboarding of new clients and make sure service expectations are clear.
