Senior Product Manager, Employee Lifecycle

Role Overview Join Remote to lead the Employee Lifecycle product area. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for features touching employees from hire through termination, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, own, and communicate a clear and inspiring vision and strategy for the Employee Lifecycle team.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap and ship iterative improvements that advance key metrics.
Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, Go‑To‑Market, Operations, and other Product teams to deliver the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Become a subject‑matter expert in employee lifecycle processes and use that expertise to solve complex business problems.
Work with Operations, Legal, and Customer Support to design delightful, compliant user experiences.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure our solutions meet real‑world needs.
Stay informed on HR software market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep Remote ahead of the curve.
Use data analytics and performance metrics to inform decision‑making.
General Requirements
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, rapidly adapting to shifting priorities and navigating uncertainty.
Exceptional project management skills and a history of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Expertise in stakeholder management; adept at building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.
Strong judgment for both strategic (prioritization) and tactical (feature scope) decisions.
Data‑driven approach with experience setting and tracking goals (experience with SQL or Metabase).
Familiarity with HR technology or related industries is a plus.

Salary The base salary range for this full‑time position is $54,900 — $154,400 USD. Compensation is competitive and varies by location, location‑based market data, and relevant experience.
