Sr. Program Manager, Engineering - Supporting Content (Remote) – Crowd Strike Overview Crowd Strike is a global leader in cybersecurity. We protect people, processes and technologies at scale with an AI-native platform. We seek a Program Manager to manage large-scale/complex engineering projects in a fast-paced environment within the Content Product Group, focusing on detection and prevention methods related to our Falcon Host product. Your primary focus is to drive scheduling, scoping and execution of projects for the teams you support, collaborating with Engineering Developers, Product Managers and Development Managers to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap. You will work across functional teams and geographies (Israel, Europe, United States) to manage dependencies and resolve issues. Note: This role is open to candidates in the UK & Ireland only. What You’ll Do Partner with teams at all levels, from developers to executives, to facilitate projects. Translate technical context into business objectives to drive deliverables, resources and timelines. Create and drive project schedules, manage task assignments, and track progress across large phases down to detailed tasks, including cross-group dependencies. Collaborate with staff and management across multiple worldwide business units to identify, explain, and communicate project involvement, goals, expectations and tasks. Proactively track status and ensure schedules and priorities are met. Identify, track and escalate critical issues when needed. Manage ongoing project communications and status reporting. Lead Scrum meetings and follow up on minutes and action items. Coordinate across time zones and support occasional travel locally and internationally several times per quarter. What You’ll Need Proficiency with Jira (querying, ticket creation, boards).10+ years in program/project management for software development. Experience with large-scale platforms, cloud technologies and inter-dependent systems. Seasoned team coach capable of removing obstacles and enabling progress. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies; Agile/Scrum experience; Scaled Agile Framework is a plus. Experience owning a program/portfolio of products or features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and providing active technical support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, with strong cross-functional working relationships across divisions and geographies. Attention to detail and ability to make timely, logical decisions. Proven ability to drive results in small teams and adapt in fast-paced environments. Ability to extract context from complex technical discussions and provide clear action items and next steps.
