A global organisation is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to support and enhance its Service Now platform throughout the current implementation process. This is a key role within the IT team, focused on optimising ITSM processes, driving platform improvements, and delivering stakeholder value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Service Now platform, including biannual upgrades and new workflow development.
- Analyse business needs, document requirements, and configure the platform accordingly.
- Deliver training and provide support to end-users and fulfilment teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role with strong Service Now experience
- Deep understanding of Service Now capabilities and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration).
- Certified Service Now System Administrator (CSA) ideally
- Strong grasp of ITIL principles (ITIL v3 or v4 certification a plus).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.
