Role Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to help deliver Concern's digital transformation program.
Listening to and interacting with internal stakeholders, evaluating their processes and working with the IT team to implement solutions will help ensure the success of this transformation.
Responsibilities: To assist in the discovery, assessment, evaluation, and potential adoption of AI tools within Concern, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and driving innovation to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable organisational value.
In collaboration with internal stakeholders identify areas where improvements can be made and help devise solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead IT changes from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation objectives, requirements, and deliverables when required.
Develop detailed change plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor workplan progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Support change management processes to promote smooth transitions and the adoption of new procedures and technologies.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximise the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Role Holder Requirements: Required Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT change.
A keen interest in leveraging technology to drive organizational impact and transformation.
Proven experience in business analysis, change management, and training.
Familiarity with a variety of AI tools including Microsoft Co-Pilot Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or a QQI Level 7.
A working knowledge of Sharepoint and Microsoft's Power Platform as well as similar technologies An interest in how technology can help Concern deliver on its mission.
PMP or other relevant certifications.
