Head of Analytics & AI – Define the Data Strategy
A Head of Analytics & AI position with a global asset management organisation in the heart of the City has opened up. As a head of Data & AI, you will hold a high degree of influence and decision making to enable the organisation to progress into their new technical capabilities. This is a highly innovative and creative organisation which has invested heavily in their technology platform and is moving to a cloud-based environment.
As Head of Analytics & AI, you will be involved in managing a team of AWS Engineers, Data Analysts, and Power BI/Tableau Developers. Dealing with large volumes of data, the organisation has split their data into sectors, with this particular team being the backbone and setting standards for everything that they do!
As a leader within their industry, they are consistently striving for improvement. This enterprise organisation has a very exciting roadmap and strategy ahead and plans to extend their engineering and Business Intelligence capabilities within the AWS environment.
The ideal individual will have a strong understanding of business and technical acumen with a strong track record of leading and growing organisations as an ecosystem within this Agile environment. There is plenty of scope to grow and develop your career with this multi-location organisation. You will play an impactful part in their movement towards AWS technologies and continuous improvement, including identifying gaps within the organisation and embedding the needed resources.

Skills / Experience:

Strong track record in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence & Data Governance within an AWS environment
Strong experience in analytics tools/platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics
Experience with AWS, Power BI, Tableau
Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java
Extensive people management experience
Strong stakeholder engagement & strategy skills

Salary:
€120,000 – €140,000
Full-time in office for the first 6 months
Hybrid 2 days after this period
