Hartley People Recruitment are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative for our client in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: Profile and target small/medium business customers to sign up for the client’s products. Meet with Sales Managers and Delivery Agents weekly to agree on planning. Utilize technology platforms to assist with route planning and sales recording. Generate weekly reports on in-field activity and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Monitor competition in the marketplace, including pricing, products, and other players Key Requirements: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or field sales roles. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills and ability to engage and influence customers. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed. Confident user of technology, including iPads (training provided) Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
