The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our users and content creators to enjoy and express themselves.

As T&S Policy Content Strategy Manager, you will be driving transparency about Tik Tok's community policies and our approach to user safety and user education.

What will I be doing?- Drive the content strategy for Tik Tok's Trust & Safety websites,.

Tik Tok's Safety Center.- Define long-term strategic goals related to the transparency of our policies and user education.

- Identify strategic opportunities to align approaches, leverage existing resources, with a view to increase the quality, accessibility and visibility of transparency efforts.

- Drive relevant projects as required.

- Author or support the development of high-quality, engaging and accessible content related to Product Policies and transparency work.

- Organize and articulate ambiguous and complex ideas or issues into clear documentation and analysis.- Manage cross-team relationships, in particular with senior stakeholders - collaborate with others in Product Policy, with Product, Legal, Public Policy, and Public Relations teams to build consensus.

Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety policy, public policy, or policy communications, specifically in the technology/social media/content development space- Demonstrated experience in content strategy and development, including managing, curating, and drafting content for large-scale platforms, in public policy, or policy communications- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale transparency and user education initiatives within a tech or policy environment- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to author significant policy content - Deep understanding of content safety considerations, including online abuse, minor safety, human rights, freedom of expression, and privacy rights- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - A good understanding of tech regulation and compliance, particularly in the EMEA region.- Experience working at a global UGC platform.

- Project management experience.
