Having undergone a large amount of growth across the years, they are looking to implement a large-scale project beginning in January 2024. Your new role As the Solution Delivery Manager, you will be an integral part of the delivery of this project, and you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of software related projects from initial stages through to deployment. As an experienced project management professional, you would be expected to plan, deliver and finalise the portfolio of work on time and on budget. Outside of core project management duties, as the service delivery manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring the quality delivery of services across the business and that all pre-agreed service levels are achieved. What you'll need to succeed 6–10 years of experience in building applications that are critical to maintaining the business mission. Experience providing solutions or delivering projects in education or related fields (public sector would be considered) Prince 2/PMP and a strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
