We are seeking experienced Workday Implementation Consultants to support a long-term engagement with a prestigious client. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful Workday HCM projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. There is the option to work from either of our offices in Ireland, Dublin or Cork. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solution Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence Management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must-Have Requirements Workday HCM Certification OR UK Payroll Certification (active and verified). Proven experience in Workday implementations, ideally across multiple clients or industries Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
