Role Overview Experienced Test Manager with Capital Markets/Regulatory Reporting experience. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Experienced with different types of products such as Equity Securities, Derivatives, FX, Debt Securities, Commodities, etc. Understands the different types of reporting regimes such as EMIR, MIFID II/MIFIR, SFTR, CFTC, etc. Ability to manage and challenge the quality of the build delivered by external vendors that is used as a base for testing. Managed large and complex projects with many stakeholders. Managed a testing team of 5-10 resources as a minimum. Very good communication skills when it comes to reporting and dealing with senior management. Handles pressure very well as this is a high stress program with many stakeholders and hawkish yet moving timelines. Excellent command of English.
