Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our clients, a 4 * hotel based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. This hotel is well established and has an excellent reputation with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele and very popular among visiting tourists.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of your section, providing the finest quality food in accordance with all standards.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel setting.
Ability to Multitask and remain organized and flexible.
Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts including mornings evenings and weekends.
Package On Offer: A competitive salary of €36,000 depending on experience.
