Airport Staff are looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our client in Dublin 15. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for the day-to-day running of a warehouse/workshop. You will oversee the receipt, storage, dispatch, and return of medical devices and consumables, while ensuring full compliance with GMP/GDP standards and internal procedures. You will also lead a small team, manage stock control, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse/workshop operations including goods receipt, pick/pack/dispatch, and returns Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and periodic stock takes Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO and internal SOPs Lead, train, and support team members, including performance reviews Maintain calibration logs and ensure all equipment is compliant Monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements Requirements 1-3 years' experience in a warehouse/workshop environment (medical device/pharma desirable) Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience working to KPIs and driving efficiencies Counterbalance forklift licence (required) Key Skills Team leadership and collaboration Continuous improvement mindset Strong attention to detail and compliance Flexibility and ability to adapt in a busy environment
