Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Wellness Director for one of our well established clients based in Killarney. Co. Kerry.
The main responsibilities for this role will be to oversee and manage all wellness activities and treatments within the hotel facilities ensuring that guests and customers are receiving exceptional customer service, treatments and care which enhances their experience.
REQUIREMENTS 3-5 Years as a Spa Manager / Director essential for this role
Spa Management or Wellness Management qualification considered a distinct advantage
Customer orientated with holistic and wellness approach to providing exceptional service
Ability to oversee and manage all activities, treatments and facilities within the spa and hotel
Experience with exceptional leadership managing a team within a 4* / 5* hotel spa essential
Ability to develop business and products that offer the highest standard to customers
Oversee Training and mentor to ensure all therapists are trained to industry standards
Experience with financial and budgeting side of the spa and therapy business
Flexible approach as this role will include working weekends and bank holidays
PACKAGE ON OFFER Competitive Salary of between €50,000 – €60,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications
